The position will be responsible for planning and monitoring trainings, ensure the high standard and effective arrangement for our frontline staff under different treatment brands.
Assist the team to plan, develop and deliver training solutions to build the world class operation team for the company
Develop comprehensive soft skills training or coaching with the support of reports and analysis
Work closely with operations management and other stakeholders to assess, develop, and implement customized learning solutions
Conduct field coaching in order to evaluate the growth of frontline staff
Assess the effectiveness of the learning and development programs to continuously increase its value
Prepare training materials and relevant reports
University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training, Organizational / Industrial Psychology or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or service industry
Attention to detail and proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in training and / or coaching delivery is a must
Able to communicate with other people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Results oriented, good analytical and project management skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
