HR Business Partner Description About the Role : Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with Sales and Operations in staffing and reallocation of sales people Identified the most efficient and effective channel in both active and passive sourcing of candidates, not limited to LinkedIn, online job portals as well as recruitment agencies Advise line managers on staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits issues Take led in projects such as the recruitment projects and recruitment fair projects, store openings projects etc.

Coordinate in the implementation of HR programmes and policies such as roll out Talent Management initiatives About the People : Degree in HRM / Business Administration or other related disciplines At least 6 years of experiences as solid HR generalist with recruitment focus , preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies or industries such as retail / luxury retail / FMCG Personality wise : Proactive, attention to detail, flexible and excellent communication skills Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin Strong command in MS Office Less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior HR Officer What's on Offer : Strategic HR exposure Outstanding company reputation Exceptional company culture Attractive Salary Package Country Hong Kong Company Retail Company Salary US$40,000 -
