  • Handle inbound calls from affluent segment customers and provide information on services offered by Citibank to enhance customer relationships
  • Deliver good customer service to ensure a superior Citibanking experience to our customers
  • Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate
  • Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product / service / program improvement
  • Comply with Citibank’s policies and available procedures / guidelines to ensure safety and security of the bank and customers assets are maintained
  • Qualifications

  • University graduate with minimum 1 year’s customer service experience in banking industry
  • Customer service oriented and good problem / complaint handling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Willing to work on shift duty
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Possess professional qualification of HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
