Our global banking client are seeking a Digital Experience Design Manager to lead their channel optimization and migration, responsible for deploying the new customer facing hardware and infrastructure into the Retail Banking and Wealth Management network.
The successful candidate will have experience of Tablet technology but be able to respond as this scope increases to include new technologies not currently deployed into market including new peripherals.
You will have a core understanding of technical hardware requirements, able to identify solutions or alternatives yet equally able to work with software product managers.
You will be responsible for delivery of a range of software and apps for deployment to new and existing hardware, focusing on the development and delivery of tablet software for retail customer facing colleagues requiring the individual to work closely with the global development team to create Hong Kong specific applications.
You will manage the delivery of Global Multi Channel programme deliverables into the Hong Kong market, including current and future deliverables, working with local Retail and Wealth leadership in order to articulate and capture requirements, issue identification and resolution and actual implementation management.
