The Director is responsible for Platform Sales in Asia Pacific North, including :
oWorking cross functionally to deliver sales of high value, recurring platforms to clients in Asia Pacific North
oResponsibility for delivery of platform solutions, including leading a team of consultants, overseeing complex analytics, and leading the problem-solving process
oBuilding and maintaining senior client relationships
oCollaboration with Product Development to contribute to product innovation and development as we bring new solutions to market and enhance existing solutions
oClose collaboration with Sales and Client Services team members at Applied Predictive Technologies (the software platform arm of Advisors), the Mastercard Advisors Sales Team, and the Mastercard Account Teams
The Director will work with a cross-functional team to build a pipeline, identify and create leads, pursue leads and drive the sales process, close deals, deliver the solution, and lead the ongoing engagement and expansion of the relationship.

Deliver on ACV (annual contract value) and revenue targets for platform sales in Asia Pacific North
Work with other senior team leaders to build and develop the platform sales team
Build strong relationships across APT and Mastercard at all levels
Collaborate with the team on the sales process and play a key role in closing new deals
Outstanding delivery of solutions and value, resulting in strong rates of renewal and client expansion
Collaborate effectively with the product development team, helping to build intellectual capital and enhance the suite of software solutions

Experience in software / recurring revenue sales
Ability to lead complex, analytic projects
Experience effectively leading teams

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior industry leaders
Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluent in English and Mandarin
