out & Renovtion The successful candidate will work with the management in US headquarter to oversee all FM planning and assigned office built-
out and revnoation projects, from design to completion across Asia Pacific, to ensure timing, costs and contract requirements are adhered to.
The position will be also required to review design changes, equipment specifications / substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures, develop and design feasibility studies for the management's review.
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Building Studies or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Proficient skills in project management in terms of concepts, practices, and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Experience in typically report to a manager or head of a unit / department. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
