Position Summary Provide operational HR and coordination support to Human Resources Department and L & TD team Job Description Coordination Support to Human Resources Team
Centrally manage employees on boarding and off boarding logistic, including but not limited-New Hires forms-Prepare system access request form to Admin Dept and Helpdesk for the title change / dept change etc.
Final pay letters-Follow up with Finance and HRC re staff movement-MPF-Any data maintenance to support employee data maintenance that does not include Oracle, etc.
Verify regular monthly invoices & all vendor invoices.
Coordinate with internal Finance Department for all necessary corporate procedures.
Manage budget across all department functions
Create shopping carts for office needs and as point person for SAP access.
Prepare local / overseas courier, mails and parcels.
Arrange order of stationary & filing. Coordination support to L&TD
Coordinate staff training and development programs including induction and management training when required.
Maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development and employee training records.
Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure a smooth delivery of training events.
Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
Handle different tasks simultaneously and hands-on project management. Others :
Support ad hoc HR projects.
Work closely with Executive Assistant of VP, HR in organizing / preparing workshops and meetings.
Support Retail HR Director’s T&E and scheduling
Skills & Requirements
Diploma or above
At least 2 years relevant experience in administration, ideally in HR function
Proactive and with good problem solving skills.
Well-versed with MS Office and PC
