We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executive .

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist to implement sales and service activities aiming to expand EPS merchant acquiring business in Hong Kong. To assist sales in providing pre and post sales service activities to merchant.
  • Implement pre and post sales activities including prepare direct marketing to potential merchants of different industry and follow up by cold calling,prepare and process paper work for sales staff, prepare sales kit and presentation material and to conduct merchant surveys.
  • Provide seamless sales service to merchant on behalf of sales staff in a timely and professional manner which includes handling merchant call in and enquiry and arranging delivery of gimmick and point of purchase items to merchants.
  • Provide full administrative support to the sales and marketing team by processing incoming correspondence, co ordinate closely with other departments on daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operation, providing regular and ad-
  • hoc sales report and support to the team and greeting of external visitors and merchants.

  • Provide support to marketing team including gift fulfillment to customers, preparing pre and post marketing program data, handle purchase order and delivery arrangement as well as monitoring of stock level of marketing material and gift items.
  • Form 5 or above
  • Relevant administration experience preferably in sales or marketing
  • Good command in both oral and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Have good telephone manner, customer focused mindset ,effective interpersonal and communication skill and a good team player
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multi task
  • Proficient PC knowledge in Microsoft software ,internet operating skills and computer security
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
