Assistant Deposits and Banking Services Manager

Deposits & Banking Services - Customer Value Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Deposits and Banking Services Manager .

Principal responsibilities :

  • Identify business opportunities and product gaps so as to achieve competitive edge for deposits, FX and retail payments
  • Assist in the implementation of product launches and tactical plans to meet customers' changing needs and to deliver the bank's growth agenda
  • Engage the relevant stakeholders, including Sales & Distribution and digital channels to establish rapport and ensure efficient execution on business activities
  • Implement change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and improve customer journey
  • Work with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive the Bank's deposits growth, enhance deposit products, FX and banking services, and create incremental revenue to the business
  • Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation
  • Requirements

  • University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines / qualifications
  • Relevant experience in deposits, FX product management, payroll proposition, retail payment customer journey development within Retail Banking
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Strong project management; proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and
  • Shifting priorities

  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
  • Numerate individual, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
