Summary :

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Executive-Activation Coordinator’s primary duty is to centralize & coordinate activities that may arise due to Market led’ approach.

The incumbent gets exposure not only to the Marketing function but also to Commercial & Supply Chain functions.

Essential Job Functions : A&P Analysis & Tracking

A&P Analysis & Tracking

  • A&P Budget tracking & analysis
  • Evaluation of the DASH model vs. Actual investments
  • GWP Management

  • GWP Forecasting for entire BU
  • Manage GWP Inventories Coordination with Operator locations & ensuring availability across country, auditing warehouse stocks from time to time
  • GWP effectiveness survey / report from time to time to ensure productivity & better returns on investments
  • Constantly look for new ideas for GWPs / Gifting basis market trends or creative inputs
  • Management of new products and limited editions

  • Collation of requirements for LE / NPD / VAP packs
  • Coordination with the Supply Chain executive for LE / NPDs delivery on time
  • Implementation of projects driven centrally
  • Create central pool of assets / toolkits for easy access of MAMs
  • Follow up on retail Ops projects prepare a project management approach
  • Administration

  • Interacting with Central Marketing team on Brand specific’ information, exchanging information from time to time
  • Assisting Marketing Manager on central project implementation
  • Basic analysis skills to understand Cost Benefit & thereby drive efficiencies
  • Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns
  • Ensure repository of all data related to Marketing campaigns
  • Collating & circulating Monthly marketing report
  • Organizing the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
  • Facilitation of vendor billing and payment, resolution and reconciliation of account
  • Co-ordination with agencies & Suppliers (if any)
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience
  • Knowledge in wines & spirits industry and / or consumer products an advantage
  • Energetic and proactive individual with good organizational and time management skills
  • Presentable and Excellent communication skills in English
