and post-meeting documents including minutes of board meetings and committee meetings Handling legal duties such as reviewing contracts, agreement, groups policy and corporate governance policy To liaise with internal and external parties on company secretarial issues Job requirements Degree or above in Company Secretarial or Corporate Governance 3 years’ solid company secretarial working experience Student member of HKICS / ICSA Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Familiar with PC skills in CSA, MS office and Chinese word processing Immediate availability is highly preferred Country Hong Kong Company Property Management Industry Salary Up to US$40,000 Working Hours Full-
