Markets Operations is responsible for driving every part of the trade lifecycle post execution. Its global teams manage settlement activity, risk and control, while ensuring the delivery of regulatory compliance and seamless operational client service across 60 countries.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Services Centre Operator . Principal responsibilities

  • Provision of high quality administrative work in the Global Banking and Markets Business Services Centre
  • Responsible for Business Services Centre hotline, assisting and dealing with queries
  • Respond to mail and emails on behalf of the Business Services Centre
  • Communicating with internal and external clients or users at all levels
  • Act as a receptionist for external visitors if needed and assisting in other projects
  • Ensuring that the Front Offices are supported at all times and that all tasks are completed in a timely manner with a very high level of accuracy and in accordance with procedures
  • Understands, follows and demonstrates compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business
  • Requirements

  • Secondary School graduate
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of seniority in an appropriate manner
  • Well organised with good attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle sensitive matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
