We are looking for high-calibre individuals to assist in the operation of HKMC Annuity Plan (the Plan). The Plan is operated by HKMC Annuity Limited (HKMCA), a wholly-
owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited and the individuals will be appointed directly by the HKMCA.
To handle inbound enquiries and resolve customer concerns;
To conduct outbound follow up calls;
To report issues and customers’ comments to supervisor for service improvement; and
To perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Tertiary educated, with insurance professional qualifications is an advantage;
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in call centre, preferably in insurance industry;
Good interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, patient and with positive attitude; and
Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
