Our client is a contemporary and fast-growing accessory brand with proven track record, who is looking for an all-rounded HR professional to join their dynamic team and support the HR operations for HK and Macau.

To handle all-rounded HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits such as final payment calculation and insurance plan as well as employee engagement programs, etc.;
To provide support in the reward projects e.g. annual salary review / bonus exercise;
To prepare and consolidate regular HR reports and analysis;
To be responsible for HR data and system maintenance;
To support and coordinate employee engagement activities / company-wide communication programs.
Degree holder, education background in HR / Business Administration is an advantage;
2 years’ relevant exposure with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits function, preferably in MNC / retail industry;
experience in watch & jewelry / fashion & accessory sector will be an advantage;
Well-versed with Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills;
Detail-minded, proactive, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment and a good team player.
