  • Description To provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to top management;To be responsible for meeting, conference or business travel arrangements;
  • To liaise and coordinate with internal departments or external parties for business function execution; To assist in the preparation of business reports, proposals or presentations for strategic meeting Requirement Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration;
  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience as a Personal Assistant, with 3 years in serving Director or senior management preferably in retail sector / beauty industry;
  • Experience in serving senior expatriates is an advantage; Fluent Cantonese and English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Good planning, organization and communication skills; Hard-working, energetic, multi-tasking and a good team player Country Hong Kong Company Business / Consulting Industry Salary US$40,000 -
