Head of Sales RUP Description Responsibilities Report to Country Manager and leading a team with 15 subordinates (Corporate & MICE sales, trade, direct sales), you would be fully accountable for the P&L of Hong Kong outbound market.
As the deputy in charge of Hong Kong office, you work closely with the Country Manager on sales strategies, revenue management, promotion, budgeting and branding.
Maintain an excellent relationship with the key trade partner, media and government. Requirements Bachelor degree holder, MBA preferred Minimum 15 years working experience with airlines, hotel / outbound travel agency, at least 5 years in the capacity as Head of Sales Excellent trade network (outbound), proven sales track record Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin would be a plus) People leader, result driven, able to work in a multi cultural environment Country Hong Kong Company International cruise company.
