g. Corporate Finance, Institutional Sales, Research Dept, Legal & Compliance, External lawyers, Syndicate members etc. Manage the allocation of new issues & assist in post IPO Sales matters Manage the compilation of pitch books and business proposals in both English and Chinese.

Requirements Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline(s) Minimum 5 years solid ECM Sales experience with background in corporate finance gained with reputable investment banks or related legal / advisory / accounting environment will be highly preferred Previous exposure in equity research will be definitely an advantage Sound knowledge in execution of IPOs, M&A and takeover transactions is preferred Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities Good interpersonal skills, detail-
