C&B Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • In charge of C&B projects and exercises including but not limited to annual budget preparation, salary review & bonus cycle
  • Take the lead in HRIS and employee self-service implementation, develop test plans and coordinate UAT
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses to management
  • Review and manage benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Conduct cost analysis to support reward initiatives
  • Drive annual compensation survey through data preparation, job matching & analysis of post-survey result
  • Manage daily C&B operation e.g. monthly payroll process, MPF and benefit administration, tax reporting & leave attendance
  • Provide additional support to any ad-hoc HR project
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in C&B
  • Previous experience in using HRIS payroll function or HRIS implementation is a must
  • Experienced in preparing HR analyses is a must
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
  • Strong command in Microsoft Excel
  • Good numeric and analytical mind with high accuracy and attentive to details
  • Independent, take the initiative and ownership for completing the task to achieve a quality service and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
