Key Accountabilities :
Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial buildings
Ensure the customer services provided is up to service standard of the company
Monitor property management income and expenses and to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants
Prepare the proposal for new business opportunity

Degree holder in hotel management, property management or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years' property management experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and being helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
Those with less experience will be appointed as Property Officer.
