Key Responsibilities :
Provide effective, efficient and quality IT support services to business users around the world.
Manage and support global IT infrastructures, like Windows, Microsoft O365, and VMware etc. for availability, security and performance.
Perform regular system health check, system performance tuning, capacity planning, hardware upgrade and recovery drills.
Undertake security and IT infrastructures related projects from proof-of-concepts through implementation.
Administer processes including procurement, cost control and vendor management.
Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware & software, procedures, manuals and other relevant documentation
Key Requirements :
Degree holder in Computer Sciences or IT related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years experience in system support, evaluation, design, and implementation, support and upgrade experiences with MS O365, Microsoft Windows Server, VMware and Cloud based solutions.
Experience in administration of Cloud platform and knowledge in Clustered File System (Veritas / Cluster File System) will be an advantage.
Expert level in Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, Windows scripting and Group Policy.
Experience on virtualization and Cloud is a plus.
With a strong sense of leadership, responsible, service and customer-oriented, well organized, hard working, mature, independent with good communication skills and self motivated;
and willing to work on call standby during non-office hours as required by the nature of the job.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Mandarin is highly preferable.
