  • Regional Human Resources Officer Description Responsibilities Support the Supervisors to handle full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties for regional offices including monthly payroll, payment for new joiners and leaver, income tax reporting Assist in preparing regular HR Staff Cost Analysis and Headcount Reporting;
  • Consolidate HR reports at regional level as required Responsible for HRIS maintenance and system update; assist in daily operation of preparation for employment contract, leave management, insurance benefit, expatriate and training administration;
  • and also handle employee’s enquiry Assist in annual exercises and projects as assigned such as annual salary review; compensation surveys.

    Provide support on recruitment, follow up on selection and offer administration process Coordinate and prepare for corporate activities and workshops including tasks related internal communication.

    Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; preferably with MNC exposure Degree holder with major in Human Resources or related discipline Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong Strong Excel knowledge and expatriate administration experience Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Detail minded, patient, IT savvy with strong numerical sense and good reasoning The role is to support the Supervisors to handle full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties.
