Prefered come from Buying Office / Trading Company (x not logistic firm / Mfg background)
Higher Diploma or above in Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years or above related work experience in logistics / supply chain management of fashion or trading industry is preferred.
Computer literacy, MS Word & Excel is a must, trading related ERP / system experience is highly preferred. Good knowledge / experience in EU / North America market is an advantage.
Must good in handling LC and import / export document. Knowledge of China import / export procedure and custom declaration regulations is an advantage.
Able to work independently and proactively, strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapt changes and innovative task handling feasibly.
Willing to learn, work under pressure and within tight schedule, multi-tasks, and must be patient.
Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.
Familiar in Excel (vlookup & Pivot Table) & System (such as SAP, ERP, Oracle etc.)
Immediate available or short notice is preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support shipping / logistics flow and follow up shipment importing / exporting in HK, China and overseas, especially to EU / North America markets.
Handle / verify supplier's / vendor's document in complying to companies’, buyer's, shipping / logistics, and import / export policies and regulations.
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers / vendors / forwarders / internal / external parties.
Prepare variety of reports to managers on projects and logistics operations.
Ensure smooth transition of logistics operations, timely shipment delivery, and monitor shipment schedule.
Manage other ad hoc projects assigned by management
