The Customer Management (Public Segment) Department formulates business strategies to channel customer gaming demand and shape a good customer experience for customers in the Mass public sub-
segment. We are now looking for high calibre professional to join our team.
You will :
assist the manager to develop and implement effective customer program plans, on-course and CRM events to channel customer wagering interests
coordinate with different functional departments and external vendors to ensure good customer experience in HKJC wagering products
analyse customer feedbacks and all source of customer data to formulate evaluation reports on effectiveness of customer campaigns
coordinate with the team to fulfil procurement process, to prepare marketing materials
assist in report and business proposal writing
assist in budget planning and monitor program logistics
You should have :
university degree in Marketing or business related disciplines
minimum 3 years of marketing experience in retail industry
outgoing, dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
strong communication skill, problem solving skill and business sense
excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua an advantage
good sense of ownership and servicing mind-set
occasionally work outside normal work hours as operation requires
Candidates with less experience will be considered the position of Marketing Officer.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
