90% Sales and Technical Support
Assist sales team to identify, qualifies and quantifies all opportunities within the assigned territory and leads sales effort.
Pre-sales technical support for all assigned products.
Provides field support on critical post-sales support issues to achieve unsurpassed customer satisfaction.
Work with sales team to develop and enhance customer and partner relationships.
Delivers on-set objectives.
Create and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations and proposals both directly to end users and partners.
Involved in communication with customers and partners on product changes, product upgrades and product innovations.
Provides feedback and marketing intelligence to sales team and product marketing team to ensure company’s products remain competitive in the market.
Participate and represent Gemalto at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
10% Other duties
Provides weekly reports on SE activities.
Other duties as assigned.

Providing pre-sales technical support on Gemalto SafeNet Enterprise products and assist sales team to achieve revenue targets at the assigned territory.

Qualification Requirements :
University degree in MIS, Computing or similar subject.
Relevant security or professional certifications are beneficial; CISSP, CCSP, OCP, OCA, etc
Minimum 5 years of technical experience in IT industry with at least 2 years in a customer facing role.
Deployment ofweb servers, application servers and database servers as well as experience in Windows and Unix operating systems
Ability to understand information security principles and practices (cryptography, network security, etc.) and apply those for the purpose of User Access Control and Data Protection
Knowledge of solution integration and application development, although programming will not necessary be part of the duty
Experience and Understanding of Databases (Structured DataOracle preferred, MS SQL, DB2 or other databases beneficial) as well as Virtualization
Additionally, experience with any of the following is also desirable and welcomed :
2-Factor Authentication (PKI or OTP) or Single Sign On
Database Transparent Encryption (TDE & HSM) and Tokenization
Storage & Virtualization (NetApp, Hitachi, AWS EC2 & S3, VMWare)
Cryptographic APIs like PKCS#11, MS CAPI / CNG, JCA / JCE, NTLS / HTL, KMIP
Ability to develop and enhanced customer / partner relationships.Familiarity with application or network security solution selling.
Consultative selling skill, capable of discovering customer pains and proposing solutions.Good presentation skill, capable to articulate technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels.Fluent in English.
A good team player.
Capable of working independently under sales objectives assigned by regional sales director.Good and interpersonal skills with self-motivated personality.
