Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy and business plans to drive brand development and sales growth
Responsible for overall brand positioning, orchestrate and manage all products launches and marketing activities
Identify brand strategies, propose and manage budget in line with business strategy.
Ensure successful communication of the strategy across the business
Find opportunities to drive activation and engagement through the digital channels available
Work with cross-functional team to maximize customer satisfaction to enhance customer loyalty
Implement and maintain structured KPIs to drive desired sales behaviors and outcome
Lead the team across design, production and management of events with data and behavior for continuous optimization of customer experience
Conduct market research to anticipate market trends and understand consumer purchasing behavior
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years' of solid and relevant experience in digital agency or beauty industry
Strong knowledge in digital marketing, database marketing and e-Commerce
Deep knowledge of online measurement, tracking methods, and analysis.
Experience managing and directing strategic partners / agencies / vendors.
Agency work experience strongly preferred; primarily in a client services / account services role
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Spoken English close to Native level is required
