Assess and process medical claims according to company’s claims guidelines.
Arrange disbursement of reports and payments on claims settlement.
Provide administrative support to group & individual medical / life clients through correspondence handling
Reply enquiries from internal customers within in a timely manner Cooperate with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services
Ensure accuracy and review the procedures for continuous improvement
Ensure claims are processed within company service standard.
High Diploma or above
At least 3 years of working experience in insurance industry, preferable with experience in Health Claims
Knowledge of the AS400 system is preferable
Good interpersonal skill with service attitude, numeric sensitive and attentive to details.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills.
