  • Office Manager / PA Description Responsibilities Provide a wide spectrum of secretarial & Administrative support to Management & Team Communication with Head Office in London on HR, Finance or other administrative duties, documentation or local legislative requirements Office / Facilities Management including;
  • ordering of supplies, liaison with building management and landlord Handle extensive travel arrangement, calendar management as well as meeting coordination Internal & External Event Management for team building or client entertainment Job Requirements Fluent in both Written & Spoken Chinese and English Always looking at ways to improve processes continuously and able to work under pressure Able to work independently with good communication skills Presentable, smart, flexible, proactive and professional with a positive attitude Contract Period : 6 months Country Hong Kong Company Leading Financial Services Company Salary Up to US$50,000 Working Hours Full-
