Duties :

  • Report to Secretary
  • Handle incoming calls and take messages
  • General clerical and administrative work
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC skills (Excel and Word)
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • Humble, patient, well-organized, hardworking, self-motivated
  • Immediate Availability will be a plus
  • Full CV in MS Word + Photo (Optional)
