1 Be a strategic and trusted HR business partner, understand the business strategy, formulate respective HR plan including talent acquisition, people development, performance management, team culture, employee relations etc.
2 Advocate company values, cultivate team culture. Build and ensure open & direct communication culture within the business teams.
3 Interact with senior business leaders to facilitate talent discussion & organization effectiveness.
4 Work with Headquarters to drive related talent management and organization related initiatives.
1 University Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent.
2 At least 8 years relevance experience in HR generalist & related field preferably gained in sizeable and multinational organization.
3 Strong analytical skills, with multi-tasking ability, drive and ownership.
4 Able to work under pressure, meet tight schedules and deal with dynamic changes.
5 Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
6 Willing to travel.
