Key Responsibilities :
Report to CEO, CFO will be responsible for assessing organizational performance against the annual budget and company's long-
term strategy, providing professional support and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and management team in critical insights to the company’s strategic business development plan
Participate in strategic planning and business / operational planning, and set financial objectives and budgets in support of the strategic and business goals of the Company
Assume full responsibility for finance, accounting, cash flow, taxation, financing, fund raising, treasury and other financial management functions
Lead the finance and accounting ( F&A ) function; ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the F&A systems, and appropriate policies are place and being complied with
Provide timely and accurate financial and management reporting and forecast for management and the Board to monitor Company’s performance, and analysis for decision making;
Evaluate and manage risks, put in place internal controls, and perform statutory reporting and reporting to Government
Build and manage relationships with external parties including financial partners, including shareholders, investors, financial institutions, and auditors;
Provide support and strategic and business advice to the CEO and Board, including financial analysis and evaluation for strategic or business expansion options, investment decisions, etc.
and review of significant contracts; and
Prepare and manage capital budgets, financial performance and cash flow of capital projects
Degree holder in Finance and Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years of solid experience in accounting & financial management, financial analysis, compliance and administration in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
Professional qualification in ACCA / HKSA / ASCPA / CPA / HKICA / ICSA
Strong analytical skill, capable to critically examine and analyse financial data with business sense
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
Practical experience in dealing with legal documents will be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and complete task within deadline
Excellent spoken and written English
Meticulous and well-organized with strong planning capability
Effective people management
The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 3 years.
