Key Responsibilities :

  • Report to CEO, CFO will be responsible for assessing organizational performance against the annual budget and company's long-
  • term strategy, providing professional support and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and management team in critical insights to the company’s strategic business development plan

  • Participate in strategic planning and business / operational planning, and set financial objectives and budgets in support of the strategic and business goals of the Company
  • Assume full responsibility for finance, accounting, cash flow, taxation, financing, fund raising, treasury and other financial management functions
  • Lead the finance and accounting ( F&A ) function; ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the F&A systems, and appropriate policies are place and being complied with
  • Provide timely and accurate financial and management reporting and forecast for management and the Board to monitor Company’s performance, and analysis for decision making;
  • Evaluate and manage risks, put in place internal controls, and perform statutory reporting and reporting to Government
  • Build and manage relationships with external parties including financial partners, including shareholders, investors, financial institutions, and auditors;
  • Provide support and strategic and business advice to the CEO and Board, including financial analysis and evaluation for strategic or business expansion options, investment decisions, etc.
  • and review of significant contracts; and

  • Prepare and manage capital budgets, financial performance and cash flow of capital projects
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Finance and Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of solid experience in accounting & financial management, financial analysis, compliance and administration in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Professional qualification in ACCA / HKSA / ASCPA / CPA / HKICA / ICSA
  • Strong analytical skill, capable to critically examine and analyse financial data with business sense
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated
  • Practical experience in dealing with legal documents will be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete task within deadline
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Meticulous and well-organized with strong planning capability
  • Effective people management
  • The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 3 years.
