Role and Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of outstation performance include OTP, guest experience, service provider performance, regulation compliance;
  • Review daily outstations performance, discrepancy and complaint, follow up on case investigation and rectification;
  • Assist the Manager, Airport Services and Performance to apply quality measures as per SLA and SGHA;
  • Drive a station scoring system to evaluate, review, improve and enhance the station performance;
  • Drive and participate all new project / initiative, roll out new product and continuously improve in overall passenger experience;
  • Aim to achieve the highest daily level of Safety, Security and Quality according to the IATA and International standards and Aviation best practices;
  • Assist the Manager, Airport Services and Performance on managing and ensuring all Outstations Local Procedure Manuals are up-
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous Station Management experiences;
  • 7 years’ aviation or civil airline experience including 3 years in supervisory level;
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Handling and IOSA requirements;
  • Excellent command of English & Chinese (Mandarin is a plus);
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skill.
  • Desirable Qualities :

  • People manager with good communication skills and a fast decision maker;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to travel.
