Control quality of washing equipment, chinaware, glassware and flatware.
Supervise kitchen cleaning / garbage disposal and take a lead role in Waste management.
Assist frontline department in achieving guests satisfaction by providing them the necessary support, service and equipment.
Liaise and work closely with the Senior Chefs and F&B for pre-planning and execution of delivery and cleanliness of equipment.
Control and ensure that expenses / purchases / requisitions are within budget limits.
Experiences and skills required
