Achieve sales revenueand market share targets for assigned products by promoting, selling, andservicing Medtronic products in assigned territory.
Workwith reporting manager to review and analyze market and sales data for salesstrategies
Provideproduct and therapy technical support to existing, potential and competitivecustomers.
Trainand educate both existing and competitive customers to gain incrementalbusiness
Advise customers on acontinuing basis regarding performance of assigned products
Handle and coordinate salesand marketing activities to maximize Medtronic revenue within assignedterritory.
Provide on-going fieldintelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution,pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
Provideand maintain up-to-date customer records in terms of ASP, customers’ activitiesand competitors’ activities etc.
Prepare quotation,tender and other paper work for customers
Completeadministrative reporting as assigned, i.e., expense reports, account profilesand analysis, daily planners, competitive updates.
Workwith reporting manager to accomplish proper inventory control and logisticissue
Workwith supply chain and finance team on business process improvement
Performadditional duties in line with company business requirements
Bachelor degree in Science
At least 1 year ofsales experience in healthcare industry
Able to absorb complextechnical product knowledge and communicate the key messages to others
Ability to work in amatrix environment with sales, physician customers and across geographic andorganizational boundaries
A good team player withteam spirit is essential
Well organized, quickthinker and creative
Open-mind, responsibleand have strong sense of ownership
Highly motivated andpositive with can do attitude
Good communication andinterpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (written or verbal)
Willing to work out ofnormal office hour and surgery support
Occasional travel maybe required
