accuracy; efficiency and control to frame and influence business decisions. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Finance Manager .
Implement the PWC requirements of supplementary controls over Critical Data Elements.
Maintain accurate SOX documentations for International Finance Reporting Standards 9 and other related controls.
Review the Impairment feed delta file and follow up on any data issues with Risk and Impairment Production Analysis Centre teams.
Perform Impairment feed to General Letter reconciliation for the late adjustment process and balance sheet substantiation process
Arrange monthly impairment meetings with Chief Financial Officer, Chief Responsible Officer and Risk teams to facilitate impairment report sign off.
Follow up on issues arisen from meetings. Streamline the impairment report review and sign off process.
Estimate and monitor the intercompany Equity Coverage List at site level.
Streamline the checking and reporting process.
Support any ad hoc granular reconciliation required by Global Business.
Work with project and change delivery teams to align data mapping between various systems and also to implement any reconciliation automation.
A qualified accountant with relevant working experience in financial reporting and accounting policy.
Sound knowledge of a variety of banking products, with strong capability in structured products and regional exposures are highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work autonomously and maintain good self-disciplines, interaction skill and confidence.
Good at risk analytics is preferrable.
Well organized, detail oriented, able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure.
High degree of flexibility in adaption to changes.
Strong will to continuously improve on prevailing work practices.
Team player with good inter personal skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
