Key responsibilities include :
Day to day logistics operation
Liaise with internal departments / headquarters / logistics service providers on logistics-related issues such as in-bound deliveries ex Europe and Asia to China, warehousing and customs arrangements, delays, payments, loss & damage claims etc.
Keep tracking on PO status in SAP and monitor the shipment plan
Responsible for shipment scheduling and planning.
Handling of logistics related inbound / outbound matters.
Key requirements include :
Tertiary education or above, bachelor holder in Logistic related discipline is a plus
A minimum of 1 year experience in logistics field
Basic knowledge and understanding of China import customs rules and regulations for different consumer product categories, warehousing VAS services, as well as modes of transport, Incoterms
Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics, especially in the food sector, will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
