KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure demand management process for EH applications (customer online portal (Eolis) and policy administration system for Bonding business (Avalis)) and be responsible of end-
  • to-end processes related to those applications :

  • Identification of evolutions needs
  • Request For Change and defects analysis and delivery follow up
  • Filtering and prioritization of RFCs
  • Collaboration in high level design and cost estimation with Group Business Change Partners
  • Coordination of release testing activities
  • Continuous communication of statuses with relevant stakeholders (end users at BU level and group)
  • Ensure regional budget for applications in scope is respected
  • Provide business support on systems in scope to BU’s users, (parameters settings, guidance for system usage, troubleshooting)
  • Coordinate and train Super Users located in the different BUs
  • Provide functional and process expertise on applications in scope
  • Take active part in designing processes and user guides wherever needed and build knowledge management database on applications / processes in scope
  • Take active part on projects involving and / or impacting applications in scope or any other ad-hoc project in the operations perimeter (IT, Business Process improvement, etc).
  • Goes from scoping, to follow up and implementation / delivery.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5-10 years working experience.
  • Previous working experience in insurance industry and / or consulting firm is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of business functions such as Operations, IT, Finance, etc.
  • Competency in data analysis and performance / operation metrics
  • Competency in Business Process Management and Business analysis
  • Good project management skills and experience
  • Good problem solving skills and good business sense
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Good organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong managerial, presentation and communication skills
  • A good team player
  • Good command of English
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, IT / Business Infrastructure
