Assistant Retail Banking Sales Management Manager
Retail Distribution Distribution Management Department
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers.
With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Distribution Management Department as Assistant Retail Banking Sales Management Manager.
Assist manager in formulating and implementing business strategic plans and relevant marketing activities in branch network
Support quality enhancement programs / initiatives to elevate the professionalism and selling skills of branch sales staff
Collect market update information for management that facilitate recommendation of new services
Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant departments to streamline the workflow for enhancing channel efficiency and customer experience
Collaborate with internal compliance and quality assurance units on sales quality of branch staff and take remedial measures to ensure strict adherence to the compliance standards
University degree in Business or related fields, less academically qualified candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered
Around 3 years’ experience in retail banking, exposure to mortgage sales will be an advantage
Self-motivated with strong sales and customer orientation
Good planning and interpersonal skills
Strong drive to succeed and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese with sound knowledge of application software
Great sense of ownership and high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
