  • Training Assistant (4-month contract) Description Responsibilities To be responsible for material preparation and logistics arrangement for training activities;
  • To prepare and consolidate training reports for management review; To provide administrative support on training execution, including training venue set-

    up and schedule arrangement; To be the contact point, coordinate and liaise with other trainers within the APAC market on training execution.

  • Requirements Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration; 1 year clerical / administrative experience;
  • experience in retail / beauty brands is an advantage; Experience in training coordination is an advantage; Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint; Good organization and communication skills; Presentable, proactive, responsible and a good team player.
