Application Associate Description Role Purpose Provide application development and support to Nab Asia branches. Provide support for calls, including maintenance, problem resolution, and project work.
Key person to support the Asia Data warehouse, Core banking application Work closely with the line manager in the continuously improvement of IT application, service operations, processes and Kaizen Work closely with peer Technology staff in Asia & Australia to implement & maintain the IT application.
Assist or undertake IT project implementation / development / testing work as required. Pro-actively ensure that the customer’s requirements for system availability and data integrity are being met Trouble shooting for application issue Follow approves escalation procedure and ensure approved change management process are followed.
Development and enhancement of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all functions performed with external customers Manage Asia IT system / application Deliver first level / second level technology application support service to users in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore and India offices Take up Application Technology operations duties.
Maintain comprehensiveness and accuracy of IT support information documentation. Required to work in non-office hour to support EOD batch Provide specialist technical advice and expertise to support the development, implementation and support of technology solutions while maintaining the integrity and quality of the operating environment.
