Primary Objectives

Report to Head of Transition and Relationship Management, APAC, the successful candidate will act as a business ambassador to project management the onboarding of PRM clients across all asset classes.


Major Accountabilities / Principal Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales pitches to discuss product and process specifics, also providing an overview of the Client integration process & role of TM
  • Orchestrate the end to end on boarding of clients including successful handover to RM / CXP post go live from a business perspective
  • Coordinate the legal and risk aspects of the Client integration acting as the liaison between the Client, AE, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, Client Service, Client facing technology, Mark Prime Risk, GES and XSF
  • Work with the Client and internal teams to ensure the optimal operating model is put in place for PRM and for the client
  • Ensure accurate & complete transfer of Client integration requirements to the Ops on-boarding Team, to ensure timely & accurate down-
  • stream process & setups, especially scope for multi-asset operational requirements

  • Manage the Client pipeline and prioritization process
  • Ensure any product gaps are identified and passed on to the appropriate owner to manage the scoping, development and delivery of the gap, TM should remain informed to manage any interdependencies or time delays impacting the Client
  • To work with Product SME’s to ensure any upcoming changes to product, regulatory landscape, or other changes impacting the end to end Client integration process are incorporated and updated into the corresponding TM procedures

  • Good project management and client facing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a result-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business strategies in a dynamic and fast paced industry
  • Able to work independently with good time management
  • A good team-player who can interact well with people at all levels
  • 5+ relevant experience, Prime experience would be a plus
