  • To provide administrative support to office move and renovation projects, detail mind and communicate well between the vendors and internal stakeholders for the execution of the office move projects
  • To support purchasing manager on supplier management, such as documents sign off with suppliers, supplier audit improvements follow up, etc.
  • To support purchasing manager on cost study / market analysis
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

  • University education, students at last year of bachelor or master are also welcome
  • Working time : at least 3 days per week, from August 1st, 2018 to January 31st. 2019 - Computer literacy is a must with good skills in MS Office application, especially Excel, Words, PowerPoint
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, good timing sense and result oriented
  • Hardworking, ability to multi-task and be able to work under pressure with flexibility - Good command of Cantonese and English, both conversational and written
  • Experience in administrative or purchasing position is a plus
