Training Strategy Revamp and Implementation
Design and develop training strategies with blended methodology
Revamp and transform the current training methodology
Lead and drive changes
Identify training needs and revamp current training curriculum to ensure frontline staff equip with all necessary skills (e.
g. Field Coaching, Customer Service Training, other soft skills)
Develop trainings for mid-management and frontline staff according to McDonald’s core values, ensure the EVP are well-
cascade and understood within the organization.
Lead and develop a team of Learning & Development professionals to drive the process and tools for communication alignment, success measurement and sustainability.
Be an influencer in McDonald’s to communicate and implement the training agenda along the whole hierarchy
Bachelor degree or above with minimum 10 years’ experience in training and development with sizable company
Knowledge and understanding on training needs in Retail / Hospitality / Food / FMCG / Financial Services preferred.
Track record in driving changes in training development in sizable company
Sensitive to market benchmarking and be able to leverage successful examples to improve McDonald’s training agenda
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, innovative and open minded
Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
