  • Job Description

  • Perform full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and training & development, etc
  • Review and execute all benefits programs including MPF, staff insurance benefits and leave management
  • Manage the human resources information system
  • Organize staff relation activities and other corporate social responsibilities functions
  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in human resources management preferably in bank / financial institutions
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
  • Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
