WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Act as the focal point of contact for internal customers and monitor customer back orders, create delivery and invoices.
Work closely with warehouse and Product Management for packing instruction and production planning.
Coordinate shipping arrangement for both incoming (vendor delivery to DC) and outbound (customer delivery) according to delivery schedule, prepare export documentation, booking and prepare AWB etc.
Create PO, maintain delivery date and closely monitor of vendor delivery date to achieve timely delivery of products.
Verify vendor invoices and credit notes and create freight recharge invoices
Support in the migration of supplier portal.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Higher Diploma holder or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in using SAP or ERP is highly preferred
Good communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
Structured, organized, pro-active and problem solver
