Execute the graduate training program for trainees leading to professional qualifications and handle related issues.
Coordinate training activities with various departments to fulfill the business needs
Assist in the design, development and delivery of training courses in accordance to training needs
Prepare training materials for online training courses
Administer the company learning management system and maintain contents of the company training resources
Support learning and development team to perform ad hoc project as necessary
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
2 years' relevant experience in administrative and training role
Team player with good presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-initiated with analytical mind and passion for learning development
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
