Formulation of new cathode and anode slurry for different types of lithium ion battery according to application from clients;
Development of mixing, coating and calendaring process for the cathode and anode materials with pilot line in lab;
Sourcing of suitable raw materials for advanced lithium ion battery development;
Design experiments to evaluation of electrode materials by half cell and full cell including coin cell and stacking / winding type full cell;
Analysis of testing data obtained with logical conclusion.
Master in Physics, Chemistry or Material Science. Ph.D is a plus;
3-year or above working experiences or knowledge in synthesis and characterization chemical and electrochemical materials.
R&D experience on lithium ion battery development is a plus;
Familiar with testing of energy storage devices such as solar cell, battery or supercapacitor;
Strong communication skills and able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms;
Strong independent working ability;
Schedule-oriented and hard working;
Able to work under pressure;
Fluent in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
