University degree, 5 to 8 years in marketing and communications.
Knowledgeable of online marketing and PR is a must; loyalty programs and event management is a plus.
Agency experience, China exposure and fashion industry background preferred.
Excellent writing skills in English and Mandarin.
Dynamic and independent self-starter, hands-on, organized and multi-tasking.
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Occasional travelling : 1 or 2 times a month to PRC.
Reporting to the Brand Image & Communications Director - Asia, the Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the branding & communication strategy across all touch points in close collaboration with key stakeholders with the objective to deliver a compelling brand experience, enhance its presence, build equity and revitalize it in Asia.
Build and execute integrated marketing & communications plans including online marketing, PR, events and loyalty programs.
Manage digital assets and content (Website, Wechat, Weibo, SEO, paid search ) including copy writing.
Drive relations with media and KOLs through a PR retainer agency.
Plan and execute events ( fashion shows, press tours, sponsorships ).
Assist in setting up new loyalty program.
Develop communications materials (printed matters, gifts ).
Monitor all activities, control the budget and conduct detailed reports of expenditures and effectiveness.
Work closely with Chief Designer on visual content creation.
Coordinate with the Sales & Ecommerce teams to ensure successful programs execution at store levels and online.
Effectively manage 1 subordinate along with PR and digital marketing agencies.
Build effective operating methods within to ensure smooth workflow between different parties.
