Main Areas of Responsibility :
Provide administrative support to the safety, quality, security and business resilience teams in the QSS department;
Perform dedicated administrative tasks originated from safety, quality and security management systems for timely closure of related actions;
Support facilities, meeting, documentation management and administration, reconcile and submit expense reports and facilitate travel arrangements;
Support DQSS and departmental managers in the planning of the department such as organization of appointments schedule, meetings and taking simple records of meeting, where applicable;
Any other administrative tasks as dedicated by DQSS.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent;
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills, proven command of spoken and written English. Knowledge in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) is a strong added advantage.
Minimum a Higher Diploma / Advanced Diploma academic qualification, or equivalent.
