Job Description :
Responsible for driving strategy and delivering results : Makes recommendations to Sales Manager on strategy and customer plans.
Through data analysis and past experience make solid decisions on strategy and direction.
Direct value added sales opportunities by implementing supply chain, engineering, supplier, or service excellence strategies.
Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships : Implement effective and practiced techniques for solving problems.
Effectively communicate with all levels.
Follow up on awarded parts and need to have own initiative to win back non-awarded parts.
Identifies and helps achieve sales team and individual goals.
Follow up on sample submission , NPI date and Mass run date.
Work with product team from US / HQ to provide forecast with accuracy on stocking programs in order to bring sufficient stocks.
Provide pricing support to sites buyers, internally to customer service
Provide weekly sales report to the Sales Manager.
Frequent travel to southern China for customers visiting.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in electronic components industry
Knowledge of passive components
Good communication and presentation skills
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
Good PC skills such as Excel and Word
Immediately available is preferred
