Job Description :

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for driving strategy and delivering results : Makes recommendations to Sales Manager on strategy and customer plans.
  • Through data analysis and past experience make solid decisions on strategy and direction.

  • Direct value added sales opportunities by implementing supply chain, engineering, supplier, or service excellence strategies.
  • Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships : Implement effective and practiced techniques for solving problems.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels.

  • Follow up on awarded parts and need to have own initiative to win back non-awarded parts.
  • Identifies and helps achieve sales team and individual goals.
  • Follow up on sample submission , NPI date and Mass run date.
  • Work with product team from US / HQ to provide forecast with accuracy on stocking programs in order to bring sufficient stocks.
  • Provide pricing support to sites buyers, internally to customer service
  • Provide weekly sales report to the Sales Manager.
  • Frequent travel to southern China for customers visiting.
  • Degree Holder
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in electronic components industry
  • Knowledge of passive components
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Good PC skills such as Excel and Word
  • Immediately available is preferred
