Assistant Business Support and Control Manager

As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank’s retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Support and Control Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist Team Manager to perform regular review on the delivery of business initiatives and campaigns, ensure that all relevant activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Bank and regulatory authorities
  • Implement projects in relation to retail insurance risk and compliance to ensure adherence to Group policies, statutory requirements and regularly guidelines
  • Coordinate and participate in end-to-end User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the smooth implementation of new product and process
  • Propose and implement remedial actions in response to review findings or drivers
  • Support MI of Medical and General Insurance business for management and channel review
  • Requirements :

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Actuarial Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' working experience in the banking and / or insurance company
  • Sound experience in insurance product development or operation management and knowledge in the banking environment
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
